We are proud to announce a partnership that holds special significance for us: Europa-Park, Germany’s largest theme park, will rely on bookingkit as its technology partner for the online distribution of experiences moving forward.

With over seven million guests per year, the Europa-Park Resort is one of Europe’s most popular travel destinations – making it exactly the kind of attraction bookingkit was built for. The goal of this collaboration is to significantly expand the distribution network based on the existing ticketing solution, thereby directly reaching new target groups.

All channels, centrally managed bookingkit enables Europa-Park to centrally manage and synchronize all distribution channels – including leading Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as GetYourGuide, Headout, and Tiqets, with Civitatis and Klook, among others, joining soon.

In addition, bookingkit will be used for the structured expansion of B2B partnerships with regional resellers such as hotels or tourist information centers. This is implemented via bookingkit Reach, which allows affiliate partners to be easily integrated and booking flows to be analyzed centrally.

You can find more about the capabilities of the bookingkit Channel Manager here.

Special attention during the integration was paid to the seamless connection to existing systems. This made it possible to ensure the use of existing ticket codes and to make the operational transition completely smooth – without any restrictions for guests or partners.

Part of a larger growth strategy In recent years, Europa-Park had already announced extensive investments in its internal infrastructure. With new buildings, a modern control center, centralized event logistics, and additional digital infrastructure, the course is being set for sustainable growth. The decision to choose bookingkit is part of this strategy: a forward-looking step towards automating sales processes, intelligent channel management, and more efficient collaboration with partners. In addition to Europa-Park itself, its water world, Rulantica, also benefits from this.

“With bookingkit, we have found a technology partner that meets our requirements for flexibility, reach, and reliability at the highest level. The integration into our systems is another milestone in the digital evolution of the Europa-Park Resort.” — Rüdiger Büchele, Head of Sales & Tourism at Europa-Park

“The collaboration with Europa-Park is a special honor for us and a strong signal of the relevance of digital infrastructure in the leisure sector. Together, we are creating the technological foundation to deliver an outstanding visitor experience – high-reach, efficient, and future-proof.” — Lukas C. C. Hempel, CEO of bookingkit

A milestone with history For Europa-Park, the partnership marks another step in its success story: in 2025, Germany’s largest theme park celebrated its 50th anniversary – half a century full of shared memories, innovations, and unique experiences. Under the motto “Europe.Experience.Together.”, Europa-Park is consistently looking to the future with digital solutions and strong partners like bookingkit.

We are proud to be part of this future – and look forward to everything we will achieve together.
